PHOTO RELEASE* I hereby grant to Willis Willow Farm & Animal Sanctuary all rights and consent to use, re-use, publish or re-publish, copy, exhibit or distribute all photographs and/or video of myself to be used for their website and any educational, training or promotional electronic or printed material without restriction as to frequency or duration of usage and without compensation.
LIABILITY RELEASE* While we assign volunteer tasks with animals who are well socialized, you are assuming risk by volunteering your time on the farm as you are still exposed to farm animals who can have a bad day. We pay close attention to animal behaviors while walking around and do our best to keep everyone safe but many of the animals are recovering from previous traumas and might be spooked by unknown causes. When you visit, you are agreeing to accept full responsibility for yourself and will defend and indemnify Willis Willow Farm, LLC, Willis Willow Farm Animal Sanctuary, Anvil and Apiary, and Josh, Tanya, McKenzie, Madelyn, and Marley Willis, against any and all claims. You are releasing, waiving, and discharging the previously mentioned organizations and individuals from any and all liability to you, your heirs, and next of kin for any and all claims, demands, losses, or damages, related to your use of the Willis Willow Farm property. You are aware of the risk(s) of participating in any activity on a farm and working around livestock, which includes goats, pigs, chickens, mini-donkeys, horses, and any other animal on the property.
